I redesigned the calendar into a single, streamlined flow—combining scheduling, meeting room booking, and video conferencing. What used to feel fragmented now works as one simple, continuous experience.

To address diverse user needs, I created a simplified calendar feature as a reusable component that could be easily integrated across various systems, allowing teams to adopt it quickly while keeping a consistent pattern across products.
