To simplify access to vivo's expanding internal applications, I led the redesign of the authentication system, delivering a smooth and secure login experience for all employees.
I initiated the redesign by upgrading the visual style of our login pages to meet web design system 2.0 standards, eliminating clutter for a sleek and responsive design that looks great on any device.
We understand that remembering passwords is a hassle, which is why we implemented the passkey feature, allowing users to securely log in without the need for complicated credentials.
A passkey uses methods such as fingerprint, face ID or PIN to verify user’s identity, and I led the design of the onboarding experience to ensure users could effortlessly configure for authentication.
With its intuitive design and advanced security, the passkey feature revolutionized user login and earned the trust of most departments as the preferred login solution for critical systems.
In addition to the login pages, I redesigned the account center with a focus on clean and minimal aesthetics, creating a new interface that redefines how vivo employees manage their accounts.
